By booking or entering MedAsia Playa VIP, you agree to the following terms:

– All reservations (sunbeds, sofas, VIP areas) must be confirmed via our booking system and may require full or partial prepayment.

– Entry is subject to age restrictions, dress code, and venue capacity.

– Outside food, drinks, or coolers are not allowed on the premises.

– Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service at any time.

– Guests are responsible for personal belongings. MedAsia Playa VIP is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

– Any damages caused to venue property will be charged to the responsible guest.

– Free entry and sunbeds are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise booked in advance.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time or for no-shows.

– Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through the booking platform used.

– In case of weather disruptions or venue-initiated cancellations, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
